Lionic Digital provides branding, design, website development, digital marketing and related services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before any project begins.

Your responsibilities

• Do not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems

Intellectual property

All content, graphics, logos and designs on this website belong to Lionic Digital or its clients. You may not copy, reuse or distribute any material without written permission. Ownership of client deliverables transfers as defined in each project agreement once payment is complete.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement or invoice. Late payment may delay or pause work.

Cancellation and refunds

Once a project has started, cancellation and refunds are governed by the project agreement. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionic Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
