Lionic Digital provides brand strategy, branding and design, website design and development, ecommerce, custom software, SEO, social media and digital marketing services. Information on this website is a general description. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Using the website

- Do not use the website for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to break or overload it.
- Do not upload files that contain viruses or harmful code.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and logo on this website belong to Lionic Digital. Client logos and work samples belong to their owners and are shown with permission as part of our portfolio. Please do not copy or reuse any material without our written permission.
For client projects, ownership of the final website, code, designs and content passes to the client once the project is fully paid, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Quotes and payments
Quotes are valid for the period mentioned in the proposal. Payment terms, such as advance and milestone payments, are set out in each proposal or invoice. Late payment may delay work, and services may be paused until dues are cleared.
Cancellations and refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges for work already completed are payable. Refunds, if any, are handled as agreed in the project proposal. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party services such as domains, hosting, payment gateways, plugins or advertising platforms. These are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes or fees.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Lionic Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Results from marketing, SEO or advertising depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
